Captian/Admiral Piett I believed in what he was doing and did a good job at making sure Vader has his order fallowed the the T most of the time.

Plus you alllllllllmost think he's gonna die at the End of Empire... and for some reason we all "Wheew" when Vader doesn't choke him. Must be those big brown eyes.

Gotta go with Piett. I kind of felt sympathy towards him in ESB as he was always operating in fear that Vader would kill him. He considered the bounty hunters scum and did not want to work with them. This shows that he had some sense of honor and was a true believer in the morals of the Empire. Also, unlike many officers we meet, he dies in battle (and an awesome death at that).
Veers rocks too!

I went with Veers. He has that awesome down-turned sneer, and his efforts against the Rebellion were ruthless and efficient.

Probably Darth Vader's least favorite Officer was Captain Needa. His next least favorite was the one who saw the back of his head while he was in the "Meditation Chamber".
