I always liked Wedge, even though he wasn't really a major character. Hence I'll say other here 
Of the choices, though, I'd probably have to go with Yoda or Obi-Wan, probably Yoda. I would have probably said Luke after watching it for the first time, but I've changed a bit since then, and I wouldn't put him as my favorite anymore.

I voted for Luke. It's hard though to choose between him, Han, Vader and Leia though. Sad to see Leia only has one vote

This one is really hard. To be honest, I really like all of those characters. Although I'd say Luke wins for me, by a very small margin.
