I was always more partial to Luke. He had the best character arc of the whole trilogy.

I didn't think Han was all that cool past the first movie. His character regressed with each movie. In ESB he'd gotten soft but still had a little recklessness in him so he was tolerable. In ROTJ he went extremely soft and completely lost his edge which made him a little annoying to me.
