There was point in the writing process where Han was going to be an alien with green skin and gills.

What if George Lucas had Greedo challenge Han to a ppv wrestling match instead of trying to shoot him ?.
Then they have the match and it's a "Loser get his head shaved" match held at Docking Bay 95 with a wrestling ring set up in the middle.
Ewoks would come in to have lucha-libre style tag-team matches.
Chewbacca would be in Han's corner and ocassionally pounding his giant, furry hands/paws on the ring apron during the match.
Jabba The Hutt would be in Greedo's corner.

I think a handicapped wrestling match with Chewie versus Fett and IG-88 (or whatever that dude was) would have made ESB or ROTJ a movie that SPIKE Channel would play more often instead of watching "Road House" over and over again.

For the first film?
1. Then not only would Greedo have shot Han first (in the arm), he would have asked Han if Jabba looked like a ***** before finishing him off.
2. Han would have asked Luke "you know what they call blue milk on Kessel?"
"no, what?"
"Nudder-Dum-Hi-Fenn"
and last but not least
3. Leia wouldn't have worn socks or shoes
Q: What if Lucas was able to come up with something besides another death star that was vulnerable to another ship attack for ROTJ?
