	by killing Sidious, does Vader become a Sith Master (until his death minutes later)?

	At that time, Vader was on the light side of the Force, due to the nature of why he killed Sidious. 	Umm, how? The rule states that there can be no more than two-not that there cannot be less than two, as that is obviously going to happen from time to time. -----signature----- Only a Prime can defeat Vader and his Emperor.

The inherant difference is that Obi was always a Jedi, whereas Vader was a Sith. In a technical sense by killing his master he did take over the mantle of Dark Lord, but if he had truly turned to the light then it's a moot point because that mantle would no longer apply to him. -----signature----- "When you have reached the end of the road then you can decide whether to go to the left or the right, to fire or to water. When he defeated the Emperor he was an allie of the Jedi. He was no longer a Sith. It's just like asking if Yoda would have become a Sith Master if he accomplished his mission in destroying the Emperor.
