This might be the hardest lists to come up with and rank ever. I didn't use DVD chapters either, but laet's face it, if you can't figure the scenes by the small descriptions, you don't belong on this site.
1. "Anakin's Redemption"
-The moment when Anakin finally comes back, the Force Theme blasts full sound and Anakin picks up the Emperor and throws him down the Reactor Chute. Especially when viewed in the context of all six movies, this is the ultimate moment.
2. Binary Sunset
-Not much else can be said. Just a perfect little moment.
3. "I Am Your Father."
-I wish I could somehow find a way to watch this movie and not know about this moment.
4. Anakin's death
-The main thing that always gets me here is the Imperial March playing slowly on the harp.
5. "His computer's off."
-"His Computer's off, Luke, you've switched off your targeting computer, what's wrong? Nothing. I'm all right." That little bit of dialogue mixed with Williams' score. The first moment we see Luke using the force.
6. "If you strike me down..."
-"I will become more powerful then you can possibly imagine." Great line at the end of a very under rated lightsaber duel.
7. Asteroid Chase
-Brilliant music, brilliant dialogue between the characters.
8. "You've failed your highness.."
-Luke throws away his lightsaber and stands strong, a Jedi Knight.
9. R2 Opens the Cloud City door
-I love 3PO's "Just open the door you stupid lump!" line, as well as R2's whistle of victory after smoking out the Stromtroopers.
10. Yoda tests Luke
-Especially the tug of war between Yoda and R2 over Luke's lamp.

Actually, I've been sidetracked by a few other things this week. I have most votes tallied, but I can still add votes. I'll probably begin putting together the posts for the list on Saturday, so anyone else who wants to PM a last-minute list to me, - there's still time!
