	JEDI-RISING posted: The story's over with Episode 6. There was a false story that came out after ROTS that GL was going to do a Knights Of The Old Republic era story. That would be interesting to me. Like, a three hour story, Jedi vs. Sith , circa 2000 years before Star Wars. Of course we'd probably end up with a baby Yoda. Yoda wouldn't have been born yet.

	carrie fisher is pretty fat now and a old looking han solo just does not appeal to me. Mark hamil on the other hand almost looks the same. I could easily vision him sitting atop the newly formed jedi council. Batteling a new Sith lord and his apprentice.

	If they did a new trilogy it would just end up being stupid like the later EU novels. If there's no conflict it's not interesting, but then you completely undermine the CT when you have ridiculous things happening like the Galactic Alliance being over thrown and every Jedi and his grandma turning to the dark side at the drop of a hat.

	what evidence is there about 7,8 and 9,now i was under the impression that during the filming of OT lucas said in a interview there was originaly 9 parts. now i dont know if that is true or if its something a fan started. if lucas did indeed say it then i would be quite sure that lucas has a idea for a story in his head,when you see lucas at work in interviews and on the making ofs on the dvds he knows the starwars universe inside and out and knows what he wants. i just think that because cgi took so long to catch up to tell lucas story and as he has said before it takes 10 years to do a trilogy i think he just knows its to late to do it now. thats why he allowed the start of the EU to satisfy fans and keep interest alive in starwars intil he could do PT,now i love the EU well the first few trilogys i lost faith half way through the yuuz zong {cant even be botherd to find the correct spelling} the EU stoped being starwars then and lucas dosnt really care much for the EU{by this i mean he dosnt consider it to have anything to do with his starwars},which if you was to read the first few books now would just be full of inconsistancys from the first few pages one big example is obi wan appearing to luke and saying he can no longer comune with him,the jedi temple is still there at the end of ROTJ because of what happend in the PT and things added to OT alter events from the books if anything they should start again or do a revised versions that would be cool i think, now none of this maters if lucas has never ever said a word about 7,8 and 9. if hes never mentioned it then as far as im concerned there is no story after ROTJ -----signature----- "lie me never,the truth is far much more fun" captain hook
