	You know at the end of Return of the jedi because Padme was the reason Anakin went on his downfall. -----signature----- "Just when I thought I was out , they push me back in." I never liked micheal Jackson and he was always a looney.

	Only a Jedi would be able to retain identity after death and appear as a Force ghost, and specifically only those taught how to do it by Qui-Gon (apart from Anakin). So if it is in that form which you mean they should be seen together then it would be impossible. However, although you could not see that happen, Anakin has joined with the Force after he has died and reappears as a Force ghost. Padme too would have 'transformed into the Force' when she died, but along with everyone else, she would not have been able to retain her identity. Since they are both now part of the Force though, Anakin may indeed feel connected to her again in some way, even if she is no longer 'herself' but part of the larger entity of the Force. -----signature----- "Orr would be crazy to fly any more missions and sane if he didn't, but if he was sane he had to fly them. 	Padme might not particularly want to be reunited with Anakin, in spirit form or otherwise.

I hope your just kidding because they deeply loved each other and she still believed in anakin with her dieing breath. There beautiful, epic yet tragic romance was also very similar to romeo and juliet (something some star wars fans wouldn't dare try to appreciate) but to answer the main question of the topic it would be a nice thing to be able to see but unnecessary because since padme was apart of the living force and anakin was also apart of the living force they are already reunited and complete, its just that anakin can in a sense "move between worlds". ROTJ had the ultimate happy ending in that it pretty much shows that the star wars story is totally complete and seeing the jedi there, at one with the force it is also implied that all the hero's of the saga (whether we can see them or not) are at one with the force just like the jedi and so i believe that (just like when you go to heaven and see your loved ones) padme and anakin are together in the netherworld of the force. -----signature----- "You call THIS a diplomatic solution?" 	She said there was still good in him. That doesn't mean she'd be keen for a hook up. I may have been being slightly facetious. Out of curiosity, why wouldn't some SW fans dare to appreciate Romeo and Juliet? Anakin has always reminded me of Othello.

	I didnt mean Romeo and Juliet by itself, i meant appreciating the fact that the anakin/padme romance is somewhat like Romeo and Juliet, I.E. very dramatic, epic, classic, tragic, forbidden love story set against the backdrop of a war instead of just a copy of the han/leia love story. People call the dialogue between them "bad" because its not something they would hear in other movies or say to there girlfriends themselves but it works fine in a GFFA and is very sweet and "classic". I have always loved everything about there love story and AOTC is (for many different reasons) my favorite movie in the saga. 	No, there's really no point as it relates to the OT, or even the Saga for that matter. Even more so than Qui-Gon, since Padmé wasn't a Jedi communing with Obi-Wan and Yoda, and I don't think he should be added to ROTJ.
