	Cinema 1 at Hoyts Cinema Centre in Bourke Street, Melbourne in November 1977 (just before I turned 11). I remember it like it was just yesterday! In that same cinema, I also saw ESB in 1980 & ROTJ in 1983, all three movies together in 1984, the special editions in 1997 and the midnight screening of AOTC in 2002. (I saw TPM & ROTS elsewhere) I was walking past the cinema in late 2006 and noticed it was closed and boarded up. I just about burst into tears!

	I saw it in a theater in Visalia California. Town of about 60,000 , i think, at the time. Theater was fairly new, 4 screens. Don't remember the name. I can remember seeing a poster for The Spy Who Loved Me(althought i didn't know what it was, just recalled the poster years alter) If not that night, later that summer. I remember leaving the theater and going home and getting in the pool at about 9 at night. 	I wasn't alive to see the original films the first time they were released in theaters, and by the time the special editions came out I was eight years old and not really into Star Wars at the time so I never saw those either.
