Lol. I was 3 when I first saw a Star Wars movie. It was actually ANH. Ever since, I've been hooked. So, at the age I was at, I had a few good misconceptions. But, strangely, I was a smart kid, so, I didn't have very many at all. At least, I can only remember like, one or two.

I also used to think that the Stormtroopers were droids since we never saw them sans helmets and they spoke with synthesized-sounding voices. I also thought that the whole original trilogy canon took place sometime in our future, around the year 2000...

i always thought that too. i didn't realize that untill i looked it up on wookiepedia.

I always thought when Han said, "Great kid! Don't get cocky!" when Luke got that first TIE fighter ("I got 'im!"), it was "Great kid! Go get the car keys!" Lol!

this dousn't exactly have to do with the movies. but sometime after i saw the phantom menace in 1999 (i did see the original trilogy a couple years before that and was a fan so dont think i didnt know anything about the ot.
but anyway i went to the store and bought a game for the game boy just called star wars (it is based on star wars episode 4 but you gotta remember when star wars originally came out it didnt have the title episode 4. anyway it was for the original game boy and it was a straight port of the 1989 game star wars for the nintendo entertianment system. the only diffrence is the nes version was in color and the game boy wasn't. anyway, i don't know why it took them 8+ plus years to port it to the gameboy, i think the game boy version was released somtime in 1996-1997 anyway, since i had just saw episode 1 a while earlier i played the game and thought that the main characture was anikin from episode 1. even though it is sopposed to be luke, play the game and you will be suprised how much it looks like anikin, i think the main reason is because its 8 bit and because luke looks like he's really short, and basicly their hair was very similar, the funny thing is the game was released before episode 1. anyway i never got very far in that game.

and back then When I First saw Return of the Jedi despite it was because I was 5 and you know little kids under 6 can't pronouce words right I tough it was Sharlacc but when I was 11 I Finally pronounced it right Sarlacc

and oh I though when the scout trooper shoot leia off the speeder bike I always thought he shot her in the butt since he shot the back of the speeder
