Most favorite image in ANH, TESB, ROTJ?

Mine are:
ANH -- Obi-Wan with his light sabre drawn, just after using it in the Cantina.
TESB -- Luke with his hands on his hips, looking very confident (and a little cocky?) while facing Vader on the Bespin carbon-freezing platform.
ROTJ -- When Luke sees the re-united spirits of Anikin, Yoda, and Obi-Wan.

A New Hope - Definately the binary sunset. But since that seems to be obvious, I'll pick another. When Han is chasing the Storm Troopers through the Death Star.
The Empire Strikes Back - The spin/dive move that Han Solo pulls causing the two Star Destroyers to collide (slightly).
Return of the Jedi - The conversation between Luke and Vadar in the landing pad before Vadar takes him to the Emporer. After seeing the two prequels this scene is SO much more powerful.

A New Hope – The binary sunset is the obvious one. So I’m not going to choose it. I’ll take Luke running down the Death Star trench with both of his wingman gone, Darth Vader on his tail, time ticking down and his targeting computer deactivated. Has there ever been a cooler moment in any movie?
The Empire Strikes Back – The moment where Vader ignites his saber. He and Luke are both kind of silhouetted, surrounded by the steam and darkness, on the edge of violence. A very, very cool image.
Return of the Jedi – I didn’t much like ROTJ, but the funeral pyre scene was great, especially for the music.

ANH: The shot of the Milennium Falcon flying towards the Death Star trench, in front of a nearby star, as it blasts away a TIE Fighter and clears the way for Luke.
ESB: The Milennium Falcon flying into the orange clouds of Cloud City for the first time. I have a Ralph McQuarrie signed print of this shot and it gives me goosebumps every time.
ROJ: The Jedi Spirits reunited with a victorious Luke looking on.

ANH: The all-knowing, wise smile Ben Kenobi flashes as Han Solo says something along the lines of, "There's no all powerful Force controlling MY destiny."
ESB: I have two: (1) The "Then you're as good as gone, aren't you?" scene. The way Leia smiles was great--She knows she's right (what's ironic though, is she actual looses him quicker than she imagined, plus he didn't leave by choice! And in the end, she gets her man!). But what's even better is the way Han drops his eyes, then glances up sadly at Leia! (2) The looks on Han and Leia's faces whilst Han is being carbonized. It's absolutely HEART WRENCHING! Not to mention the dialogue, "I love you," "I know," kinda gets me teary-eyed, too, heh.
ROTJ: The funeral pyre is a definate... It's just so 'solid.' And also I like the image of Luke and Leia together, when they're talking. Though the acting and dialogue was somewhat 'flat,' they were in a pretty enviroment. The blue tint of the sky, the Ewok village--It made for a nice backdrop.

Great thread.
Here's mine:
ANH - Obi-Wan sees Luke, Han, Leia, the droids making their way to the Falcon, and he gives Vader that look of "I know something you don't".
ESB - "I am your father."
ROTJ - As the Emperor is killing Luke, cam zooms in on Vader, who stares down at Luke, glances at the Emperor, looks down at Luke again. Inside I'm always screaming "DO SOMETHING YOU IDIOT!!!!!!"

Obvious ones: Binary Sunset, Luke and Vader silhouette in Carbon Freeze Chamber, Spirits of Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Yoda.
Less obvious:
Tarkin in deep thought right before Death Star blows.
Luke looking worried over his shoulder at Yoda strapped on his back, asking about the dark side.
Vader holding Luke's saber towards Luke as his back is turned.

A New Hope: Death Star Central Core Shaft -Luke and Leia race through the hatch onto a narrow bridge that spans a huge, deep shaft that seems to go into infinity. The bridge has been retracted into the wall of the shaft, and Luke almost rushes into the abyss.
Repetition of this is the scene of Anakin and Padmé in Geonosis Droid Factory 
Empire Strikes Back: My choice is the same as Jon_Snow's: The moment where Vader ignites his saber. He and Luke are both kind of silhouetted, surrounded by the steam and darkness, on the edge of violence.
This really stunning and cool scene 
Return of the Jedi: " You're wrong, Leia. You have that power too. In time you'll learn to use it as I have. The Force is strong in my family. My father has it...I have it...and...my sister has it... Yes. It's you Leia."
This is a very touching moment - now they both know the truth.

ANH: When Vader first appears aboard the Tantive IV, surrounded by smoke and flanked by stormtroopers. He is an imposing black apparition in a stark field of white and the first time he appeared on-screen no one had to tell the audience who the bad guy was!
ESB: Another Vader shot. Just after Han is lowered into the carbon-freeze chamber there's this shot of billowing smoke giving way to an image of Vader's "face" that fills the screen.
ROTJ: Near the end of the Luke/Vader duel. Just after Vader draws Luke out from his hiding place beneath the stairway there's a great shot as the camera pans along to follow as Luke drives Vader back.
