Star Wars Mini Busts *Official Thread*

Hey all I know there is a busted thread by one of the CII contest winners. I'm creating this thread to focus on the current and up coming busts. I received permission to create this from MJF and Mr.Neck. So here we go here is what is currently available
Coming this year are a Tie Pilot,Royal Guard,Stormtrooper,Clone Trooper,Geonosian,and a Gamorean Guard

I have the Yoda one on order already. The next one I would get would be the Vader one and then the Boba Fett one. It would be cool if they did busts for Luke, Han, Leia, R2 & C3PO together, and Chewbacca as well.

I have Jango already and I have Boba on pre-order. Probably the only two I will get as
I am getting hammered on postage from the US to the UK.
(I preordered Jango on a couple of UK sites and never got him. The one I got was thru TFAW).

Jango and Boba would make the coolest bookends...LOL. I can't wait for the Royal Guard! I've been debating about getting the Obi-Wan but I can't make up my mind.

Well there is another set from Legends in 3 Dimesions that are 10" tall they are Boba,Emperor Palpatine,Greedo and a Tusken Raider there's a couple more but I can't remember which and they are a older

I've seen the Legends Boba on Ebay but have never gone for it - don't like it that much.
And I have found TFAW real good for old comics and GN's that I cannot get on Amazon but their overseas postage is a killer.Amazon US is cheaper! TFAW tend to be a last resort for me.

I have the Zam bust and I should be getting my Yoda bust any day now.
Has anyone read what the did with the Boba Fett bust? It was to come out on the 8th of January O.K. Not no more we have to wait till April 30th now.  Almost 4 months. Why did the do this you ask. Let me tell you why. They sold all 5,000 of them and people were still trying to order them. So they decide to make another 2,500 of them. So now those of us that ordered them back in November have to wait even longer. What I say is why not ship what they have to the ones that already have an order for one and make the the other people wait.

Arrgh! I hadn't heard that on the Boba bust.
Just looked on TFAW and sure enough it says April now. You'd think they would have sent an email for those like me who preordered.

I think these bust make the coolest addition to the MR props. If only they would make one for Han.

Lord_S, How does the quality of the Legends busts compare to that of the ones from Gentle Giant? From just looking at the pics, I prefer the Gentle Giant busts even though they are smaller.

Mara I've seen the Greedo bust in person it looks nice but I dunno I just like the charm of the smaller ones then again I think I'm gonna track down the rest of the set of large ones

It is too bad we won't see a Han, Luke or Leia. Maybe we will but they couldn't use the scanning technique unless there were head molds made of the actors back when the films were made. From what i understand they are only making busts of things they can scan, like props, masks and computer models, plus actors who appeared in AOTC. I may be wrong about this. A Darth Maul would be awesome, but they would probaly have to put Ray Park back in the makeup to do it. I hope they do Chewbacca, an AT-AT driver, Greedo and a Taun We or Lama Su. I wonder if Gentle Giant scanned Amy Allen. Does anyone know if they did?
