I haven't really seen mention of people with the Chewie mini-bust in hand but I got mine the day after Christmas. It's beautiful. It's the best sculpture of Chewbacca that I've seen and as mentioned above, is huge. While not perceptible when looking at it, the hanging fur on the arms is made of a rubbery material unlike the hard resin on the main body. Also, the gun is a lighter plastic. However, considering how delicate and thin the thing is it was a sensible decision and looks fantastic. I got a Proof piece directly from GG.

i got my grevious and maul mini-busts today. the grevious bust is unbelievably gorgeous! the details are,.... just beautiful. i cannot believe they were able to include all the intricate details, but,... dam. it's the best mini-bust ever!
and the maul bust? blech. my goodness. my maul is cross-eyed! the face looks so narrow and skinny. did anyone's maul come out this way?
this is my second straight maul disappointment. first, the sideshow maul, and now this.
i think the best maul representation is the gentle giant maul statue. everything is perfect on it. no deformities. nothing. just perfect.

My Chewie and Maul busts are shipping out Monday from Razor's Edge! Anyone who is thinking of ordering from Mike at Razor's Edge, I can tell you that there is not likely a nicer, better e-tailer out there in my opinion, and he's a fellow GG collector!

Skoota, what is the number on your maul ???/10000? Mine is 06868/10000. Sounds to me like the guy painting yours was a) ready to go home after a long days work and it was 5:01PM. b) drunk! or c) all the above.
The Maul I have is great! I mean I could get picky and say one pupil is bigger than the other, but I won't.

That Anakin is cool. I really wish Gentle Giant made a removable helmet for their big Vader statue. We need more Vader-as-revealed-Anakin statues!

I just think Malak is an odd choice for a celebratory 30th Anniversary bust being from the EU and all! A character from ANH would have been more suitable methinks!

But then think of the massive uproar like 'OMG, luke is an exclusive, Im not going so I cant get one, how dare they release a main character as an exclusive!!'
And so on...
Very good bust, good choice to make it an exclusive, means that anyone who dosnt like it or EU can leave it for the people who do. If it was a ANH main character, EVERYONE would want it and mean lots of people would miss out.
