I'd go for one of those life-size Leia maquettes if I had a place to put it. It's comparable to what the Padme maquette is going for (I'm still kicking myself for not picking one of those up) and it's a lot more maquette for the money. tongue

I could only dream of buying anything that big, or expensive. Really my collecting right now is more what kinds of finds that I can make on cons, haven't bought anything since CIV and CE. I'd really would like the corset Padmé and the new A-wing pilot, but they will never show up in the shops here, and I don't want to ebay for them yet either.

Today I passed by the action figure shelf in one of the stores in town. That is the shelf where they put everything remotely like an action figure and they usually have some SW figs as well. When I saw the selection that once again just proved how totally random the selection is. They had 1 Biggs Darklighter and two rows of the McQuarrie Chewbacka figs. That was all.

Both of those figures are shelfwarmers in my area.

All figs which actually come here end up as shelfwarmers, since usually the stores seem to stock only two or three figures at the time.

Has anyone heard about changes made to the Sideshow Padme? I see that she is sold out, so I guess now I have a little chance in getting her.
