You're welcome! I'm going to be hitting the mall tomorrow and will see if I can pick up any of the sets you need pictures for. (This works nicely because the ones you need pics for, I need for my collection.)

Ya know, MidnightRain, I think there is a store in town here that has those sets.
Would you like me to check it out for ya? I can pick em up for you... if you want.
Just let me know and I will see what I can do.
Same offer is extended to anyone interested. I hate paying some of the inflated
prices these things go for on eBay.
I will post some pics of the cases I am working on when they are finished, so you
can see how they turn out.
Gracias!

I've got my Original Trilogy case done. It turned out great!
My daughter loves finding the figures to match the pictures
It makes putting the toys away a fun thing, instead of, "Dad,
just a little longer... PLEASE!"
I'll snap a couple pics tonight to show y'all.

It took me a little longer than expected, but here they are.
Original Trilogy Figures
Prequel Trilogy Figures
This is a great way to store these figures! My kids absolutely
love putting their toys away now.

Looks very nice, dsd! and quite simple as well. Yet very effective. A lot cooler than just throwing the figures in a toy box or something. And it's better for the figs as well. Those cases are actually for sorting screws and such, aren't they?

Fishing tackle boxes actually. Wal*Mart... $4.96 or something like that.
There is a guy selling these exact cases for this exact purpose.
Of course, his cost way too much. One of them sold for over $50.
So, I just made my own.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you like them!
I will also try and take some photos of the large storage box we keep
everything in. I have been working on some custom decals to decorate
the outside of the box. I am pretty pleased with how they have turned out.

In an attempt to bring this thread back from the dead...
Does anyone have any further information regarding the
upcoming release of the new Galactic Heroes figures?
You know, Clone Variations, Barc Trooper, Holo Palpy, etc.
Weren't they saying fall of this year? Any ideas as to when?
I have become bored waiting for the new figs, so I am gonna
try my hand at customizing some GH figs. I've got some fun
ideas. I'll post pics as I get them done.
Just out of curiosity, if you could decide which figures they
were to release next in the GH line, which would they be?
My thoughts:
* Qui-Gon Jinn
* Snowtrooper
* Sandtrooper
* Plo Koon
* Ki-Adi Mundi
* Greedo
* Jabba & Salacious
* Lobot
Any where the heck are all the vehicles?
* Slave I
* Tie Fighter
* Jedi Starfighter (E2 or E3)
* Y Wing
* AT-AT would rock!!!
Just wishful thinking.

I don't have the answers to any of those questions, but thanks for bringing this thread back...I didn't know it existed.
I've been collecting the OT heroes, not because I don't like the AOTC or ROTS ones (on the contrary, they are quite cool), but because my main focus is the 3.5" figures, and I can't afford to have two loves. My wife bought me the Han/Leia and Luke/Artoo last Christmas, though, and I was hooked. Since then, I've purchased all but the Tusken/Jawa, Lando/Skiff Guard and Stormtrooper/Stormtrooper non-vehicle sets from the OT, and the X-Wing and Falcon as well. That's probably where I'll quit with this line, since I use them for display (took me forever to find Vader and Obi after I passed on them before I started collecting them), and I can't afford to begin collecting a whole new bunch now.
As far as ROTS goes, here are the sets I've seen out here:
Anakin/Dooku
Mace/Kit
Super Droid/Artoo
Obi/Grievous
Palpatine/Yoda
I think that's it. I like looking at them in the stores, and frequently come close to buying one of the sets, but I know no sooner would I do this then I would have to have them all, and I can't go down that road.
Where ARE all the vehicles? There's potential for quite a few still, yet I don't see them making them. I just assumed they weren't stocking them here at first, but some online research told me otherwise.

C-3PO: Master Luke, sir. Pardon me for asking, but what should R2 and I do if we're discovered here? Luke: Lock the door. Han Solo: And hope they don't have blasters. C-3PO: That isn't very reassuring. Darth Vader: Today will be a day long remembered.
