Be nice if they'd stop messing around and get them on the shelves soon.
Turns out I found both of them at a local Wal-Mart last weekend. Go figure.

Has there been any updates or news about any new waves of these after the Royal Guard Interceptor/Invisible Hand wave? I haven't heard anything new for awhile.

RE: Titanium Ships

I finally found all of the new wave of Titanium ships in the past few days. After much hunting and hunting and wasting lots and lots of gasoline, I finally found a few people on ebay that had them all and for BIN as well. They all arrived today.
Sure enough, when I stopped by a Wal-Mart yesterday, they had every friggin' single one of them on the shelves. Go figure.
All of them are repaints, except the V-Wing. One thing... the cockpit on the Plo Koon star seems really rubbery and doesn't settle in well at all. The hyperspace ring is also quite rubbery as well. I checked the Obi-Wan's ring and it is to a degree, but not quite as much. All in all, it's still very cool.
Also, when the TRU exclusives came out, I found all of them at one store. The X-wing is Red 3 and I think I prefer the orientation of the older X-wing a little better. Also the yellow Jedi Starfighter's lower wings don't really lower all the way, due to the way the ship is oriented in the case.
I also found one of the early version of the Ultra AT-AT... does anyone know what to do with the little snowspeeder that came with it - this is before the walker's legs has hole for the laser bolts to 'plug' in to.
If anyone has had any luck finding the Battlestar Pegasus anywhere, let me know... I'm still hunting for that one.

Same here. Keep finding loads of Colonial One's, but no Pegasus. Actually found the old school Cylon Raider the other day, but I'm not interested in that line. Just want my stupid Pegasus

Picked up the new V-Wing. I didn't even know a Titanium version was coming out. I'm very pleased with it and may skip on getting the Hasbro V-Wing and save myself twenty bucks.

Made the rounds again today, and all the places that had any of the new ones are pretty much gone. I saw a few of the 'snow' Clone tank and a few of the red Obi-Wan starfighter. There are still a ton of Jabba's Barge and the other peg warmers out there. I might find a rare Classic Cylon Raider, but the stores keep piling the Spider-Man stuff and the Transformers stuff on the same pegs.

Yeah that piling of the spidey/transformers stuff ontop of the star wars stuff kinda bugs me too. I'm just going to order the V-Wing, Plo Koon's fighter, and B-Wing online. I'm getting tired of hunting this stuff down at the store. It's becoming more of a "wait forever" then a hunting thing nowadays. Still got loads of the sailbarges, sandcrawler, grievous fighter, stormtrooper on dewback wave up right now anyway. So no new stuff will go up until the other stuff sells, which is going to be awhile because it seems those have been sitting on the pegs for months now. I just happen to know all this because I work there (Wally World), and check the toy aisle every single day.

Then I see today on rebelscum.com that they have some new Titaniums coming soon. Excuse me, but they don't even have a good distribution of the most recent line. Aside from one totally new one, they are all repaints. They are even throwing in 2 repaints of BSG Vipers.... when people can pay $35-$60 for the Pegasus on ebay or do without.
From: http://www.rebelscum.com/story/front/New_Titanium_Series_Vehicles_106117.asp
AT-AP,
A-Wing Starfighter (green deco)
Tantive IV (blue deco),
and a pair of repainted Colonial Vipers from Battlestar Galactica.

The AT-AP looks good, the Tantive IV with blue deco does not. The paint looks very sloopy. I had skipped on the red Tantive hoping a blue one would be coming soon but I may pass on both.

Thanks for that update! It's much appreciated!
Kind of a disappointment. Only thing that halfway interests me is the blue blockade runner. And that ain't many ships for a wave. Wonder if there's a possiblity of having a couple more brand new ships in that wave yet.......but probably not.
Yep...starting to get sick of repaints...when there is so much more possibilty for this titanium line of ships....

From the looks of Rebelscum's photos from the Titanium Series display at C4 it look like repaints are all we can expect in the foreseeable future. The AT-PT is the only sculpt I can spot there that hasn't already made it to the shelves.
Personally the repaints don't bug me that much, since repaints in this line are pretty much par for the course as it's kind of Hasbro's "Hot Wheels in Space".
What does bug me though is the complete lack of new sculpts and the fact that the Titanium line was not featured in Hasbro's big presenation. Glactic Heroes, Unleashed Battle Packs, and even SW Transformers all got some time...but no mention of Titanium. That doesn't bode too well for the future, unless they plan on some big surprises a little later at Comic Con (I remember some mentions of an overhaul for the line was on it's way at least in terms of packaging, so there's a chance.)
Either way I could take it or leave it though. While I got into the line a little late it has become a little too annoying to keep up with. Too many non SW properties that make it hard to pick out what I'm looking for (which is what the packaging update is supposed to address). Combine that with a few waves that have just been rotting on the pegs and what seems like spotty distribution for the new stuff...it's just to frustrating to bother with for me.
Then again, my lack of interest has led to me leaving stuff on the pegs that I really don't mind, and probably would enjoy having in my collection. So to a degree I might just be part of the problem. At least in Hasbro's eyes.

Personally I don't mind the Transformers, Battlestar Galatica or Spider-Man Titaniums. I just wished they were put in there own section. Put the Transformer Titaniums in the Transformers section, put the Spider-Man Titaniums in the Spider-Man section, etc. Non-Star Wars toys should not be clogging up the Star Wars section.

I agree 100% Gobi. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the other Titanium lines, even if the Transformers ones are the only ones that personally appeal to me outside of SW.
Overall though I can't help but wonder if Hasbro pushed this particular brand too hard and too fast. Even if you really want to keep up it's very difficult to do so.
Sames sort of thing happened with Attacktix in my mind. Things were going along pretty well in the early days...maybe a little too long between waves...but certainly manageable to collect and enjoy. But then came the Transformers line, followed by an array of different Marvel branded Starter Packs and Megas. Just too much product out there now and it's too confused and jumbled.
By contrast I think the way they are handling the Galactic Heroes / Superhero Squad / Robot Heores lines is a much better example of how to do these sorts of things properly. All the different brands have clearly distinct packaging, but at the same time keep enough of the same styling that it's obvious they are essentially the same line. Not only does it make it very easy to find what you're looking for, it keeps the different brands separated on the pegs for the most part. The release schedule and amount of product has also been much more manageable, with new stuff coming out at a fairly regular rate and in enough quantity that it's actually pretty hard to miss something (except the Obi Wan/Durge pairing, for some reason). While older items do keep getting reshashed it's not at a rate that floods the pegs and it's characters that clearly sell well in this format. On top of that repaints are usually handled very well, so much so that I've rarely found myself complaining about them, as they are usually paired with a new sculpt or a significant retool.

On top of the Star Wars Titanium section being overloaded with Transformers, Spider Man and Battlestar titaniums, i noticed yesterday that there are now "Ghostrider" titaniums showing up. My Wal-Mart hasn't put out any new Star Wars titaniums in several months, and I noticed the pegs were full yesterday. I was excited untill I started looking through and noticed it was almost ALL "Ghostrider". Looks like they'd crammed four or five cases on the pegs and just pushed the other Star Wars and Battlestar titaniums to the back.
