Sideshow have revealed that their life-size Darth Sidious bust will be limited to 750 pieces. The story is here on Rebelscum along with a pic and link to the order page on the Sideshow website.

Ilum Padme arrived today and I am pleasantly surprised. I like her. Her face does look a little too tan but I think the costume is constructed better than Leia's and looks nicer in person than it did online. She's okay.

Yeah, I know what you mean. They painted them so that her irises are entirely visible, giving her a wide eyed look of surprise. I can live with it though.

Well I came up with enough money for the Scout trooper and speerbike. The shipping was insane at $180US. I will post pictures when it arrives.

They should Les. I know the box is big 43" (914mm) H x 25" (660mm) W x 18" (305mm) D and it weighs 45 pounds but it still sounds very high to me as I am pretty sure that it is going to take at least a week to get to me.

I gave them a call Les and the shpipping charges were correct. The lady I was speaking to says the charges were due to the unusual size of the box. I am scared to find out what the duty is going to be.

I got my Medicom Darth Maul today... wow. My first ever Medicom purchase and by the time I was done putting him all together I'd stopped by the PC to order a Boba Fett (found one for $120 online vs. $150 through Sideshow).
The Medicom Maul looks outrageously better than the ST version. It's not even fair to try and compare the two. Of course... it should be better given the price.

Sideshow's running a poll on their site. They are asking us (the collector) which is our favorite clonetrooper armor style. The choices are: blue (501st), red (Shocktrooper), orange (212th Attack Battalion), purple (187th Legion), gray (9th Assault Corps), or tan (38th Armored Division).
