Huh, I guess I'll keep an eye out for a Marion figure. Thanks for the heads-up. happy

Anytime peace

The hardest figures for me to find were Irina (sp?) and the Ugha warrior but I did end up getting them. Now that I think about it, I got Sallah the night they started putting figures out but I haven't seen him since thinking

Really? I've seen several of Irina (bought one myself) and the Ugha Warrior, and there's about 10 of Sallah warming the pegs at my local Wal-Mart right now.

I'm looking forward to getting Marion though, and then I'll have all the Indy figures I want until the Last Crusade wave hits (I want the Grail Knight, Ilsa, and Henry Jones Sr.)

Spalko is selling out fast here, and I've never seen more than one at any given store. The only real pegwarmer so far here is Belloq. It's actually a pretty good looking figure, but short on the "action" so I bet kids are skipping right over him. He's the Bail Organa of this line tongue .

Still no sign of the Truck, German motorcycle or Indy & Horse.

I've seen 1 each of the Truck and Jeep, but haven't seen a single Deluxe ($9.99) figure yet.

I hope Marion isn't shortpacked. I don't want to have to resort to eBay and pay inflated prices or something. sad

Edit-- and I really only care about the German motorcycle if they do a "motorcycle with sidecar" for Indy and his dad.

Give it time with Marion before resorting to eBay. When the movie comes out there should be more interest in the character so if they haven't already I'm sure Hasbro will crank out more of her.

They might include the figure in a future wave if the toys sell well. And since there like the only Indiana Jones figures outside of Disney in like a decade or more I think they'll do well.

^ You know that got me to thinking about it. We haven't seen any pictures or had any official confirmation of what's going to be in the 'Temple of Doom' wave. It's a little odd that we saw 'The Last Crusade' wave before 'TOD'. I guess it doesn't have to be released chronologically, just interesting wink .

I guess we'll probably get an Indy [missing a sleeve and with a sword from the rope bridge scene], Mola Ram, Thuggee guard, Short Round and Willie Scott. Maybe Indy in a tux too. Also a deluxe figure set with mine cars [One with Indy, Willie and Short round and another with Thuggee] makes sense.

After that, I wonder if the line will continue? What other figures would you like to see? Vehicles? Play sets? I want a Brody and Katanga for sure and of course a flying wing!

I have seen all of these Indiana Jones figures hanging at various stores in my area. No Thanks! They can't even make Indiana kind of look like Harrison Ford? What's up with that? The Han Solo figs look like him.

I can't wait 'til these all clearance out and make more room for Star Wars figs again!

Well Hasbro already dropped the ball with the Transformers movie toys - Concept Camaro Bumblebee got severely shortpacked, and to date I've literally only seen about 6 in any store, total, since the toys came out almost a year ago. We're talking Bumblebee, the main character of the movie, who got shortpacked to the point that lots of people had problems finding him. I got one, but I know that his being shortpacked was not an isolated incident, and Hasbro still hasn't solved the problem almost a year later. I have very little faith that they'll suddenly start restocking Marion.

The paint apps can be hit or miss, but the Indy figure I got looks a fair amount like Harrison Ford. I dunno.

I agree, the paint is the key [especially on the 'ROTLA' Indy w/Idol]. I had to search and search until I found the one I finally bought. Today I saw one that looked even better. For whatever reason the paint app quality is all over the board on that one.

For the best likeness of Harrison, the 'KOTCS' are the best IMO; especially the one with the RPG.

I've picked up a couple of the Indy Adventure Heroes 2-packs. I thought I was only going to get those two, but then I open it to find that if I buy the other four I can get an exclusive Indy on Horse. Damn you, Hasbro...

And my source came through for me on the NYCC exclusive boxed set of the NECA TMNT figures, so I am looking forward to getting those!! I've already got the regular clamshell figures, and they're AWESOME!!!

Okay, so Woolies in the UK is carrying the RotLA wave. I've got Indy with the jacket (the one that looks a bit like Harry Shearer when he played the DJ in Wayne's World 2), and the German Soldier. Other than MonkeyMan, I'm probably not going to bother with the rest of the wave. Unless they put them on special soon. They're £6.99, which is a whole quid more than the SW figures! (that's right folks, $14).

So my question is this. I've opened the figures (naturally), and there's the bit in there about the mailaway Crystal Skeleton chappy that you get with 6 stickers.. Do the other waves have the relic/sticker combo too? I don't want to wait for other waves to hit and find they don't have them, then realise I should have bought another four Germans tongue

The one figure I am having a hard time finding is the Indy with whipping action. I have:

Indy w/ fertility idol
Marion
Cairo Swordsman
Sallah

I am basically starting the ROTLA line and then moving from there. I know I should have picked up the KOTCS Indy's when I had the chance, but I passed on them for the Raiders figures instead. I hope that doesn't come back to bite me later. I hate having to look all over the place for figures.

Any sightings on those deluxes yet (I'm still missing the indy with horse, indy with trap, indy with trap 2, and the german motorcycle)? Also, don't know if anybody collects Marvel stuff, but my Wal-Mart just put out Rhino and Shocker in the Spider-Man trilogy/movie legends wave.

I've seen some of them at Target, and while the local Wal-Mart has pegs for the deluxes, they don't actually have them. Target had a couple each of Indy on horseback, Indy with the fertility idol trap, Indy swinging over the spikes, and the German motorcycle.

I got the motorcycle, and it's WAY cooler in person. I'd still love to see a "father and son with motorcycle and sidecar" deluxe later on down the road, though. I'm also looking for the Indy with Ark of the Covenant, but haven't seen it yet.
