Awesome. Thanks for the heads up grin [I don't recall Mutt wearing the those goggles, though]. I'm glad to see there's more on the horizon. Now, if we could just get that Flying Wing from Raiders...

Found the Transformers Animated toys on a back endcap of WalMart. I have to say, I'm really liking the StarScream and Cybertron Megs.

You know, I'm REALLY dissapointed about the Transformers animated toys. The show is well into, what, it's second or third season or something like that? I have yet to see a SINGLE TFA action figure ANYWHERE in my area. And the shows been out since last year.
I would have gotten some of them too...

Looks like a repackaged Terminator toy, especially with the skelleton in the other pic.
As for it not being in the movie, when did that ever stop hasbro? Maybe it was in a cut scene. Remember Sebulba's podracer that the slicer-matic in the toy, even though it was never in the movie?

laugh That's true. I just figured they'd use that Brando inspired hat look. I suppose the goggles look might appeal more to kids.

I picked up the 25th anniversary Python Patrol Cobra soldier and Cobra Viper today. I've had more fun collecting this line than anything since the OTC. There are still a lot of great characters left to make and I hope Hasbro keeps it going. Nostalgia rules!

I read somewhere that it's going to be 3 3/4". Even though I have reservations about the movie, I'm also anxious to see what they have in store. I was thinking maybe they'll have some stuff @ the San Diego Comic Con this year. That's where Hasbro debuted the new 'Indy' line last year and that was a year or so before the release of 'KOTCS'.

I must admit that I am tempted by the Indy line of toys. I may have to pick up the main characters. I for one am really disapointed by the cartoonish looking Dark Knight figures

The Indy line is cool, but with 'ROTLA' & 'KOTCS' figures out at the same time and supplies large, local pegs are clogged at the moment with no relief in site. Hasbro sent them out in almost 'Star Wars' movie year numbers. Hopefully things thin out enough to let 'TLC' figures hit on time.

I've stayed away from 'The Dark Knight' figures too. The Joker disappeared from shelves instantly [though I did see him once] and all that's left are the dozens of Batman variations that have nothing to do with the film. You know the ones titled 'Stealth Ninja Batman with spinning blade action' or something tongue .

Have you all heard about the re-launch of the 'Masters of the Universe' line? After the 2002 line died off [along with the cartoon] I thought that was that for non-movie inspired figures but He-Man lives! It all starts at Comic Con with an exclusive 'King Greyskull' figure.

Details

King Greyskull

The line itself launches this Fall I guess. Oh, and latinoreview.com had a killer script review a few weeks ago that makes the movie sound very promising. I have the power, indeed!

That's cool. I thought it was just an exclusive figure. I have to admit though, the relaunch line rocked HARD
