lol, no they're not...I looked the Animated Galactic Hunt Fett up on ebay and it's going for $20+...a far cry from the $7 I paid for it...my friend. lol
The point is that the value is a totally relative issue. To me, all those are about $3, which is what I paid for those exact figures at a WalMart last week. Someone that cannot find them may be willing to pay more.

Speaking of the new wave, I've found them all on the shelves except the McVader.

I must be getting confused here...people are saying they are looking for waves 7 and 8, correct? We are just barely getting wave 3 out here, as all but the McVader have made their appearances. Am I misunderstanding these people that are saying they are "looking for" these later waves? Hmmm...

C-3PO: Master Luke, sir. Pardon me for asking, but what should R2 and I do if we're discovered here?
Luke: Lock the door.
Han Solo: And hope they don't have blasters.
C-3PO: That isn't very reassuring.
Darth Vader: Today will be a day long remembered.

I've only seen up to Wave 3 at retail here in the UK. Someone on Rebelscum said they found Wave 4 at Forbidden Planet but that's a specialty store and they always get stuff early. The local stores still had Wave 3 today (plenty of McChewies).

Ah...okay. Well, the cantina alien I identified and the drummer guy from Jabba's palace are from wave 3 from what I can tell, which means McChewie could have been there as well. I didn't see him, though. People in Missouri have weird buying habits - McChewie is the hot item out here it seems, since I find leftovers of the other figs from that wave but never Chewie.

I was in Woolworths today and they had at least two McChewies on the shelf, along with Biggs and Vader.

Wave 4 is the current one available. 5,6 and 7 are still a little way out yet. I have only managed to find one case of Wave 4 and it is the one that has the UGH McChewie, Animated Fett and Airborne Trooper but does not have McVader or the CZ-4 droid. Those cases have not yet surfaced in my area.

The Rebelscum main news page shows three of the figures from Wave 5 next to a Wal-Mart receipt showing their purchase (Yoda, pre-cyborg Grievous, and McStarkiller). I guess that means some folks ARE seeing as far as 5 right now. I know I'm sure not one of them. I'm not a completist anymore, so it doesn't bother me like it might have a few years ago...

It appears they pushed back wave 4 so much that it's bumping into wave 5 - which is coming out on schedule.

    Worse things could happen.

I agree...at least something new is coming out. I'll take what I can get. Better than having them hold back both waves at once...

Well, wal*mart didn't have a single 3 3/4" figure on the pegs today, so I'm hoping they'll be getting new figures in soon...

I'm trying to keep an eye-out on a daily basis for Wave 4 figures hitting UK shops. I've pre-ordered a McStarkiller but I NEED that animated Boba Fett fig from Wave 4, lol. I have, however, just ordered the Grievous Concept from the SW Shop, so that should keep me quiet me.....for a bit tongue

Somebody on Rebelscum said that FP in London had wave 4 (including the Fett) when he was there on Saturday. I haven't seen any of wave 4 locally yet.

I haven't had the chance to pop into Central London recently, but I also suspect FP are charging £10+ for them. I'm prepared to wait seeming as there is, hopefully, a good chance I could nab them for £5.99 each. Let's just hope the likes of Woolies, Sainsbury's and Tesco's continue to stock them praying

Woolies, Entertainer, and Sainsburys for me. The closest Tescos to me is a crappy little one. There's a larger one out towards Heathrow but the traffic can be a problem.
