New Commander Bacara figure from Battle on Mygeeto

Hello all,
Just wondering if anybody else has purchased this set to open, and if their Commander Bacara figure was really loose at the point of chest articulation.
Mine is so loose it almost won't stand up.
Let me know. I want to know if mine is defective and I need to take it back to the store.

Mine's the same way. I did manage to get him positioned the way I wanted, however, with no problems. The Tri-Droid, on the other hand, falls over if I look at it.

Let's see, when the paint quality on the Indiana Jones toys was horrible, Hasbro used the excuse that they had a new manufacturer.
What's your excuse here, Hasbro?
This is a figure a lot of people have been waiting a long time for. How can the quality of it be ignored so badly??
