Ah, nice to see a some fresh displays. But er... is that a halogene lamp in the display case (first pic)? Things could get quite hot for the old geezers standing underneath it  .
Nice way to hang the two ships as well. I'd suggest using fishing line though. Very strong, but nearly invisible  .
Heh... says me, and I have made a complete mess of my little SW room. There's loose figures everywhere, that should be on the custom fodder pile and I've got high quality GG Statues and Koto models standing at random places. I'm ashamed.

but no, don't worry. It's just the way the picture was taken with a half open shutter, some heavy reflection there. The lamp really isn't very hot. When you put your hand under it about 1cm away, you feel almost no heat. So that shouldn't be a problem. 
I'm more concerned about sunlight...

I really like how neat your collection looks in those cases.
I love to see everyone's displays.
In regards to your above post... Have you noticed Sun damage in the past.
A few of my choice collectibles (Sideshow Qui Gon, A few Carded figs etc) are on my dresser, which gets direct sun in the AM and early afternoon.
Should I be moving my stuff out of the way of the sun? ive had it like this for a while, and noticed no damage so far.
What do others think?

I think it also depends on the item. Action figures and collectibles made of pvc, plastic, vinyl etc. are more vulnerable to the effects of sunlight than for instance a gold plated Sidious lightsaber. I have a couple of CW action figures (on card) in my window. The cards all have faded colours on one side . The figures are still perfect though, thank the maker! Stupid me.

Most trooper action figures are prone to yellowing, that's what I've come to (painfully) learn in the past: worst with my vintage Stormies/Hoth Stormies, mostly of course 'cuz they have been around for decades. 
But even when I compare the POTF2 Stormies to the pristine Clone Troopers from nowadays, they have yellowed quite a bit. Even the VTSC mail-away Lucas Trooper and my VOTC Stormtrooper are a little on the yellowish side when compared to the "TANTIVE IV BP" Stormtroopers. Heck, even my POTF2 Lando has a yellowish chest, and he's baby blue...
That's what a little sunlight can do to your figures. But at least they don't dissolve!

Thanks! It was a birthday present from my girlfriend. I'm a huge fan of it. I felt a bit odd at first talking to it but it's crazy how well it responds.  When you leave it alone for a while it just goes off on it's own and has almost no trouble avoiding walls and tables beepin' around.

Here's a more...unusual display for my stormtroopers and other imperials.
Everyone's complaining about HASBRO not putting out enough big scale battle vehicles...
So do like I did: get a cool R/C tank! It's even to scale and what's better than a tank full of stormtroopers rolling into battle, crushing rebel scum under its tracks.

Ha, great you spotted him, MidnightRain. He was my favourite too when I was setting the pic up. 
And DarkPrince: the figures are mainly new, the stormtroopers and Vader are from the TANTIVE IV BattlePack and some are the VOTC mold, while the officers are from around 2003-2006.
