I apologize if people have seen this before. But my mother (yes, you read that right) just alerted me to this video:

Lego Millenium Falcon Stop Motion

And I had to share. This makes me want the Falcon even more (I never did get around to purchasing it). The video is brilliantly done.

New Castle set "Skeleton Tower" has some sweet blue lightning and a new hairpiece:

Hair could also be good for some Padme MOC minifigs.

A YouTube Video of it walking would be nice, see how clumsy it is. But your right, it is better looking than I expected.

What were you expecting? There is a major improvement to the cockpit, and I imagine it must have a stronger neck connection. But I'm not gonna get this set, as it's like a major overhaul of the original. And why isn't there a better head for Veers? He doesn't even have his visor on in the films.

Was Veers the pilot of the ATAT that Luke threw the mine into? The box caption looks more like "imperial pilot" than "General Veers" to me. Besides, if they did do a non-goggled Veers it'd be the same as Wedge - Generic Smiley. So easy enough to customise.

And I was expecting something along the lines of the one we were asked to vote on on STARWARS.com last year.

That one's OK, but the one Lego chose is better. AT-AT's have to have that massive feel to them, and too many technic pieces can dampen that effect.

I am curious to see how that pilot fits behind the AT-AT driver too.

I saw some close-up pics of the AT-AT on brickshelf and have to say that there is a lot sacrificed in implementing the motion feature.

As for those new sets, the first, second and fourth look like must haves for me.
