If you have any additional feedback that you feel is important to be considered during the review of this moderator, please feel free to add your comments either underneath the question asked or at the end of the survey. Thank you for your participation. Here is the template:

Please rank the moderator in the following areas using a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being poor, 3 being average and 5 being excellent. If you are not sure of how to answer a question, please indicate 'N/A' for 'not applicable'.

Just a clarification of the rules:
Calling someone a doofus on a first name basis wouldn't be a bannable offense would it?
For example; "You're such a doofus Brian!  " would be ok, right? Because I used his real name?
