I have some very sad news to share with you all. Samatha - Jedi Mistress- has passed away this morning. I recieved an email from her Mom saying she went at 530am. As some of you may know Samantha has been battleing cancer. Please keep them all in your prayers. If any of you would like more information please feel free to contact me. I believe her funeral is on Tuesday. I will share more information as I get it.

It is a terrible blow to our little circle of SW friends. She was very creative. Not just with her SW creations but Sam also made some beautiful and very detailed doll houses. I never tire of looking at the pics of them. She was her Mom's only child as well and I can't even begin to imagine her pain and I dont' think I want to.
It wasn't that long ago that my X attacked my 2 year old daughter. I couldn't get anyone where I live to help me. Not the courts, not child protective services, no one! Sam and I were separated by a great physical distance but she got on the phone for 2 days and finally got someone to listen. That is just the kind of person she was. She never gave up. She was a fierce friend.
I plan on listing my Dinner Gown again tonight with a portion of the proceeds going to the AM Cancer Society in Sam's name. We can't save Sam but maybe with more donations and research others an benefit from her.

FYI for anyone who's ever been interested in trying to do a 16" Aayla Secura, Tonner's coming out w/ some blue dolls this year- they're a good base for making darker.
