That was one of the first things I noticed, the box being "in" the suit. I was confused about that and someone said it had been attached by harness in early films. My guess is the box was sewn into the suit and thus had to be smaller so that it wouldn't pull or anything. Got me.

We have to send photos in for them to review. Essntially they want to make sure that the costume look accurate enogh to pass the test. Personaly I do not have a problem withthe costume.
