	So I was thinking about something today while doing my delivery route... because, you know I think up goofy stuff while I am driving around town delivering oxygen to my patients. So here is what I was thinking of.... so we know that a commando is like an elite trained soldier, right? As in, he is one tough mamba-jamba. He is a SpecOps guy, a jack of all trades and a lethal opponent on the battle field. And we all know what the Rebel Commando looks like, courtesy of a recent ebay listing. So in the current theme of gauging opinion of what New Republic of Galactic Alliance uniforms would look like, it got me to thinking what a "black ops" NRI operative (Or Galactic Alliance Intelligence operative) would be dressed in. Especially if the goal is stealth. So I was drawing inspiration from the Imperial Commando, which if you don't know what that is, he is basically a black biker scout. So follow me here: in my mind's eye, I saw a black clad Rebel Commando. He was wearing (using the example of the version of commando that was seen worn by the guy most people refer to as "Mr Beard", even though that was Lt Page) a black, quarter-sleeved vest over a very dark grey colored under shirt, black bdu-style pants, black boots that were covered the same color of dark grey spats. 	A couple of concepts I threw together, using an image of the old school Rebel Commando figure... Original fig pic First concept Second concept Of course I also thought about reversing the color schemes, too.... but I couldn't be bothered to do any more work on the images than possible. 	Thought about doing a Vanguard from SW Battlefront? They appear to have the same vest as the Commando but in black. It also looks like they have black gaiters and boots. They also appear to have grey pants in some shots, khaki in others. The shirt and helmet are standard RFT.
