This is going to sound like a bit of an odd request, but I am trying to figure out how to make my own pylat bird from Episode One, pictured here....

It looks very much like a cockatiel, which a bit of plumage and peacock like tailfeathers. I was planning on creating a stuffed version of it as a prop for both a Naboo costume I am crafting as well as a fan film production that is underway. Where do I even begin on this?
