According to the schedule, the MotF Star Wars contest is on Sunday, starting at 5:30, in the usual Hyatt Regency Ballroom.

MOTF has changed the schedule from what is in the pocket guide. http://portal.mattersoftheforce.org/index.php?page=dcschedule But the MOTF costume contest is still Sunday afternoon at 5:30.

Has this been verified? I spoke with someone that works there and they advised to follow what D*C put out in the guide. Which one should we follow?

It will be great to finally meet you! I don't even begin to have my Zam costume started though aside from having ordered a lot of the parts. LOL!
ANH LEIA GROUP PHOTO
I've had a few people ask me if I was coordinating a group photo for the ANH Leias at Dragon Con. It's such a busy convention, I decided the easiest thing for *me* to do was have us take a group photo when we get together for the Rebel Legion photo shoot. I know, some people may not want to wear their ANH costumes to this... but it's the only time myself and some of my friends planned to wear this costume. So feel free to spread the word! My husband has agreed to come along and take photos.
Date/Time: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Sunday, September 2nd, 2007
11:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Meet in the Marriott lobby.
11:45 AM - 12:00 PM: March to the photo site.
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Group photos.
Location: Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Lobby & SunTrust Plaza or Woodruff Park (tentative - PLEASE CHECK THE RL FAN TABLE FOR FINAL LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT)
If you are not a Rebel Legion member but have an ANH Leia costume it's OK to tag along so you can join us for the ANH group photo. Spread the word!

The Pocket Program is the first place to look for the schedule. However, if there are changes, they should be listed in the Daily Dragon newsletter throughout the weekend. Look for that.

I'll be wearing a Harry Potter costume. I'm going as a Ravenclaw Student. I talked my boyfriend into going as Harry Potter.
I'd also be up for a ANH Leia picture again. I'll try to make it!
I'm bringing three costumes to Dragon*Con, the previous two I mentioned and the Kim Possible mission gear (original version). I can't wait for Dragon*Con!

WOW WOW WOW!! What else can I say!? This year was completely awesome! I FINALLY got to meet Obi-Dawn and surlygirlie in person, after... how many years of chatting online?  WOOHOOO!!! And seeing the girls again - Sister_Sola, PadawansGuide, JainaMSolo, CrimsonVision and kay_dee... just... just... YAY!!! GROUP HUG!!
look at me, I'm gushing.   Ah well. I love seeing you guys!!
And madhorizons, I'm pretty sure I saw you storming around as Nihilus. I know there were a few there, but from the pics you posted of your in-progress version, I'm quite positive that I passed you several times. Your costume looked great!

It was a total thrill to finally meet you too, kreleia! I mean, it's only been like six years or something since we met in here. 
It was great seeing everyone again after such a long time. I had lots of fun but it was hectic having the con spread out between three hotels. It was impossible to see everything/everyone and it cracks me up that when I look through other people's pictures I see so many costumes that I never saw when I was there! Btw, I loved hanging out at the Marriott. I found it to be way groovier at night than the Hyatt.

Hi guys! i've been reading along on here for a while, but since i've met so many of you now, i figure it's time to sign up and start being active. there were sooooo many incredible SW costumes at dragoncon this year, everyone did such an amazing job, i love how hard core SW costumers are! so anyway, my name is sara, i was in the padme funeral gown on saturday night and in the contest on sunday. it was great meeting all of you, this is such a handy site!

So glad we got to run into each other kreleia! Too bad it was so brief, but better than not seeing you at all, which was the case for many other folks I had hoped to see.
