It would be ultra shibby if somebody could please tell me/give me tips on how to make an afforable, yet nice, Han Solo blaster.
Any tips on belt and droid caller too would be great!

I would suggest googling something "Han Solo Blaster tutorial" or "DL44 tutorial". I know on the Rebel Legion boards there is a thread titles "Airsoft Mausers" that may point you in the right direction.
Good luck. I am looking to do a custom mauser, myself, for my CorSec costume.

Ebay! You can find a number of plastic airsoft broomhandle mausers on ebay for under 20USD, as well as resin and metal. Attachments to make it look more like the DL44 can also be found there.
