He has been using both mine and kay_dee's photos of costumes we have made to advertise his costumes as his own in his ebay store:

Beware, and please pass this on!

EDIT
Okay, read the full discussion over at the RL Forum.
They are really TOO MUCH! Even if someone gave them the photo as references, they have no right to use it in their auction as their quality is crappy compared to kay_dee's reflecting that they only use 1 or 2 photos as references instead of doing proper research.
Even my favourite Costume Shop knows better when given a commission; I can't believe they even search the world for TheOne Fabrics for my friend's Star Trek and BSG Uniforms or do their own research online when given ample time. (And we initially thot their work is overpriced)

We bought an Imperial Officer hat from him and it is horrible! It's such bad quality and the thing is falling apart.

I bought a Darth Maul costume from them a while back, and it was actually pretty good for the price. I wasn't expecting total screen accuracy, I just wanted a funky sith outfit to play with.
But I do agree- using somebody else's pics like that is not cool. Not at all.

I contacted him via the auction, telling him to remove the photos, that he used mine previously, and that there's an entire costume community that knows what he's doing. Here's his response:
sorry, will delete the pics soon, just a buyer sent these pics to ask us to make exactly the same as it show on the pic
sorry
Too late, pal!

Oh man, I went back and forth with these guys and finally ebay just deleted the auction because they were not removing the photos themselves (even after they told me they did). They just don't get it, the final communication I had with them they wanted to know if I'd like them to make SW costumes for me *head smack* because their fabrics are cheap and they have a factory of workers.
Um, OK - they used my personal costumes as examples of their work because, well, it probably looks better than what they make. So, if I'm already making pretty good SW costumes on my own why on Earth would I need or want them to make costumes for me? *sigh*

Grrrr! These kind of people are the ones causing some of us to think lowly of them (well, we over here have that mentality ). They always think everyone want cheap and "as long as look like it from a distance" and forget that those of us who're serious about our costume/armor values quality over pricetag, accuracy over looks-like-it-sort-of.
And it doesn't help that some people are supporting their business and even recommend them to their Squad or fellow cosplayers. Cause me dumb but I rather pay a local tailor/seamstress to make the costume for me in my size using materials I have chosen than use someone who mass-produced their costumes without paying attention to quality and details, or misusing the efforts us fans had put in in the making of our costumes.
LOL! I think it might be an inside joke if someone from here gotten their Jumpsuit from that-seller-same-country-as-me and get "smacked" on the head by us; cause we can get it tailored to each of our size at a much lower price and of course accurate design! (see how much actually asking around for recommendations or trying out the addresses in the Yellow Pages helps?)
