I have way too much fabric, so I'm just making everything I can and selling it from now until Halloween. Check it out! Thanks!

I've got a question and in need of some good Forum advice.
For the first time on my life I am really thinking of selling my actual movie costumes on Ebay. Mostly for the Halloween season I guess.
But I don't know how much to price them becuase of two factors.
1. They were used in my film and I do love them.
2. I feel the quality is better than some Ebay sold costumes and definitely better than
the Halloween stores.
So you can see I want to offer the bidder ~everything~ as a set instead of piecing the costume out.
A. Tunics / 2-2
B. Belt / complete with pouches and clip
C boots - included regardless of size.
D. lightsaber / cast resign
E. FX make up / 1 set. or Foam head piece
These are the suits I am thinking of selling, But without a price to start or even an Idea of what to ask for I am hoping some of you here have that answer.
What would be a good starting bid? and or reserve?
Thanks Everyone!

I would suggest that you wait to list these until October 1st. As soon as people think October, they start looking for costumes. I would do an auction format for 10 days, not the standard week(plenty of time to ship it for Halloween). That gives your auction enough time to get lots of watchers. When I don't have a price in mind for my stuff, I just list it for a long period of time with a low opening bid. If you are worried about not getting enough money for it, go ahead and set yourself a reserve price or opening price that is the least amount you will accept. Just imagine that your auction ends and you don't know how much it went for. What amount would be disappointing and at what point would you think you got your fair value for the item? Only you can tell what that is, considering all the time and effort you put into it.
