Need help with costume ideas...

Ok so my 9 year old son has been a SW fan since he was in the womb (no joke!) He is now a cub scout and they are having a Halloween contest that requires them to make the majority of their costume with store bought props allowed. Of course his choice-General Grevious! The contest and meeting is in about 2 weeks--help!! We are a limited budget and of course he wants to win!. I don't know how often I'll be on the board, but my email is always mobile. I welcome all suggestions!!
