The beaded trim that wraps around the neck and bodice area is not finished yet---it will have to be hand-sewn on later, anyway. Lots to do!!!! I used simplicity patterns for the corset and the skirt, and entering it in a contest made me particularly careful in the construction process LOL. It's my first 1st place win, and just the boost I needed to really get to work! Plus, the prize money will come in handy when prepping for D*C...
