I waited until I had something to really report on before I bumped the topic again.
I made the first tank top today!!!!
Okay here is what I found. At K-mart buy the Basic Edition's brand tank top. My wife, and recepiant of the prototype, wears a size small. In this case it was just to darn big, but we will see after it washes. I am no expert on how to size out ladies wear so I will confess to being a normal guy on this one. The tanks have modest coverage in the front and not the low cut that the standard Hooters Beefy-Tee has.
The iron-on transfers I have down to a science. If you put on your CD player and spin Cinderellas "Gypsy Roads" as soon as you put th iron onto the transfer keep ironing until the middle of the second chorus. after that wait till the tune ends before you pull the paper off. That way you preserve the gloss finish. Any sooner and you wind up with this burnt matte look and it just doesnt look cool on a white tank top.
I have a couple bids on ebay for Hooters uniforms, so hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have received my winnings and have pictures up on my site. After that you all will have the chance to see my latest obsession.
I have received emails and PMs from many interested parties, an no addresses. If you are interested in me just sending you the transfer and the instructions, I am keeping my Cinderella CD, send me you address's. If you want to trust me to get you the right size then let me know and I will crank these out. Once agin I am not taking any cash for these things. It is my labor of love that I am sharing. I am just spreading the joy of Hooters and Star Wars. That's what I do.

If anyone would like to see his work, I have a pic of myself with Richard LeParmentier(Admiral Motti) at CII in my "Hooters Tattooine" shirt. He got a huge kick out of it! It's on my website, under CII pics.

I think this is a fabulous idea and you should keep it rolling and come up with others. I like the Hard Rock idea.
Hubby had an old McDonald's work shirt from his misspent youth and thought about turning it into a Star Trek costume - Mickey D's in 10 Forward!
We'd always wanted to see a DisneyWorld...an entire planet similar to Courascant covered with Disney. At the rate they're going - it could happen.
I adore parody and have thought about things like...
Death Star daycare....
Ewok rental for babysitting services....
and so on -
Please keep the ideas rolling

EDIT: And don't forget:
-Six Flags over Coruscant/Tatooine/Naboo/Yavin/etc.
-SeaWorld Kamino
