Well, according to Amazon it was out on the 20th, they sent it on the 21st, and I got it on the 23rd. I needed a Lonely Planet guide from there anyway (about half the price what it was in Waterstones), so I decided to get Invincible as well. I wish I'd saved myself the £13 now.

I didn't say pre-order, just order.  As in, place an order = buy.
I'm going to check Forbidden Planet tomorrow, to see if they've got it by any chance. If not, I'll have to bother Oliver to get it form me in the Algoritam in Zagreb before he comes home from Uni.
Or, maybe, just maybe, my local Algoritam might have the book. But the chances of that are even worse that passing through an asteroid field with really dense formations of asteroids and not even scratching your ship.

I'm way behind with LOTF books. Revelation finally arrived a few weeks ago, but I haven't had time to start reading.

I wend to the Forbidden Planet and they did get Invincible at last. However, it was £18 so I didn't take it. They didn't even have their usual a-couple-of-pounds-off thing. Waaay too much for my student budget. And I have to eat as well.
