	Spring is when I used to go the post office with my grandpa to get his annual box of spring baby chickens. They would come 50 chicks to a box. I loved the car full of "cheep cheeps"! Then for Easter my friend's Mom would dye a bunch of them different colors and let us play with them. 	We got baby chickens once that were died colors too. But we had to give them back for some reason. 	I still miss spring back East... The Cherry Blossoms and the Dogwood would start blooming the same time as the fields of Daffodils, next would be the Azaleas, Gladiolas, Irises & Forsythias, and then the Magnolias and Poplars. Finally, just when you would think it couldn't get any better the Hibiscus start to bloom... And then you have the Crepe Myrtles and all the Summer plants get going... Man!
