	thanks guys. i am not talking badly about anyone who wants to be an admin...that is great if that is what you want to do...i just at times want to do more, be in charge of projects, have my opinion and voice heard...which it is getting there. It is partly why i am going back to school. hehe Thanks for the kind words...i know i do a good job and i guess i will keep doing it until i find something else. 	Most admins I know end up in charge of projects and/or large chunks of departments once they've proven themselves to be reliable and trustworthy. And every single one I've known has been the go-to person in the workplace; they're everyone's second brain and know the company from the ground up. 	QHM-i was where you were last year. i will keep my ears open. oh i am THAT person, however just there are some who look down at the admins...and i guess i am letting that bother me more than the fact that i know i do a good job and you only have to ask me to do something once. on another note my feet are swollen. doh! thanks for all the good words. 	went to the dentist yesterday...they had to do two crown preps and one filling...before they did those they had to take out all of the old fillings. 	I just had a crown put in. It was super sensitive to cold, but is slowly getting better. I ate some ice cream, and part of it hit the tooth, and I thought I was going to pass out. Ouch. 	LOL, too true. My dentist cracks me up. He looks like he is about 18-22, and barely graduated high school, let alone dentistry school. Honestly, the first time I met him (they just replaced the 90 year-old crochety geezer they had), I thought he was a tech. He was sitting behind the counter next to the 60 year-old admin/receptionist lady, surfing the net and cracking jokes. They send me back, and he walks up, and I was that this kid was going to be the one doing my crown and fillings. I thought, "Are you old enough to drive, let alone practice dentistry?" Turns out, he is really good, and has a good chairside manner. And a good sense of humor which is funny, until you have your mouth locked up in plaster and you have to hold your teeth clenched for a minute or two for the stuff to set. -----signature----- There's a reason you separate military and the police. 	when they did that mold for my crowns...it was literally a five minute wait and i couldn't move and the dentist was counting down the minutes. then when they took it off it feels like they are going to rip out your teeth.
