	the installer. didnt install it where i wanted it even though i had said when i was getting the work order put in that they would need to run a line. he refused saying it was not on the work order so he was not going to do it because he had other things to do elsewhere. so i did all this work to get a cable line in my room and the modem in my room. nope. its all where my room mate can use it but not me. and to top it off he was not a comcast employee. he works for some contract company they hire. he could barely speak any english. So i just called and ripped comcast a new one. they are sending an actual employee out tomorrow morning to run the line and get the stuff installed in the right place. I told them any mistakes tomorrow and im dropping them less than 24 hours after getting it installed. -----signature----- She Threatened me with Physics!!! 	Mine is former military, and thinks she gets results through insults and tantrums. I am actually afraid she might be unstable and dangerous. I have seen her throw a childs tantrum before when she is asked a question. The grapevine is that if she gets one more complaint, she is outta there.
