FRAK ME!!!! I have to watch this one again before I say anything, but this is how B.G. should have been done in the other 7 episodes. I guess sometimes you have to wade through some poodoo to get to the golden nugget

Ah yes, I was pleasantly surprised last night after thinking all week that I was going to watch yet another character descend into chewing on the scenery. Instead we get a decent amount of tension, movement of the plot, and characters acting like they've actually got two braincells to rub together.

From Sci Fi Weekly...Caprica news.
Stoltz Joins Caprica Cast
Eric Stoltz (SCI FI Channel's Triangle) has signed on to star opposite Esai Morales in SCI FI's two-hour Battlestar Galactica prequel pilot Caprica, while Frances Fisher has been tapped for an eight-episode arc on Eureka, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Alessandra Toressani also has come aboard the NBC Universal Cable Studios-produced Caprica. Stoltz will play Daniel Graystone, a wealthy computer engineer who, after an emotionally crippling family tragedy, uses his technological wizardry to forever change the future of Caprica. Toressani plays Daniel's daughter, Zoe.
In Eureka, Fisher will play Samantha Thorne, aka "the Fixer," a corporate titan who is brought in to clean up Global Dynamics. Eureka kicks off its third season July 29.

I thought friday's episode was damn good!
I definitely thought we were missing whatever happen to Baltar's lawyer between the trial and now. I got the impression he was seriously depressed but since they didn't give you much background besides the dead cat he was carrying around, I can only guess it was enough for him to be holed up in the bottle all this time licking his wounds.
That's the only way I can explain why he pulls a gun on Lee
What in the world happened to Laura's Bayship?
...and HOLY CRAP! Six is preggers with Tigh's baby? What The Frak? I never really got that impression that it had gone that far! Loved the fight between Saul and Bill.

Did anyone notice Galactica jumping toward Orion when they left the fleet and that it looks like it does from earth in their location? I think, hang around and keep going...

ok here is something i have been wondering. How can Six be preggers since Tigh is a Cylon as well? The only thing i could think of is that the final five are different some how.

That's the assumption I'm going on. None of the other skin jobs (6 in the brig or Athena showed up in the room with the other "Final Four".

So, I thought I missed a bunch of episodes but it turns out I only missed two. I saw one out of order but it didn't seem to matter because I totally knew what was going on anyway. Went back and saw the one I missed, and pretty much went, "What the frak?" Lee is President? Caprica 6 is preggers? Huh? And Starbuck's back to being perfectly normal, just like that?
So here it is, a scene from the BSG writers room:
Head Writer: [has his hand in a trash can and is pulling out little cards.] "Hmm, let's see here... Okay. This one says "someone gets pregnant."
Writer 1: "Ooh, ooh! I know! I know! Roslin! Make it Roslin!"
Writer 2: "That won't work, she's got cancer. And she and the Admiral haven't actually slept together yet."
Head Writer: "Okay, so who's been sleeping around? We'll make them pregnant."
Writer 2: "Tori and Balthar."
[Everyone pauses for a minute. A shudder passes through the room.]
Writer 2: "Okay... Starbuck and Anders."
Head Writer: "Pregnant Starbuck...that would be kind of...wrong..."
Writer 1: "Ooh, ooh! I know! Caprica 6 and Colonel Tigh!"
Writer 2: "What? Did I miss something? They've been sleeping together?"
Writer 1: [cringing] "Uh...maybe?"
Head Writer: "Hm. You know what? I think we may be on to something here..."
Writer 2: "But they're both Cylons! Two cylons aren't supposed to be able to reproduce! Right?"
Head Writer: "We'll make something up about that later. Let's do it!"

If you have the ability to go there, www.scifi.com/battlestar is streaming tonight's episode every hour on the hour. Not sure for hom much longer. I just got done seeing it and.... wow! Frak me running!
So is this the last ep, or do we get one more episode before the break?
As usual with BSG, we get some answers but then get another huge mind-frak that leaves us hanging, wnating more.
