I like the show as well; "I got shotgun, I got 9MM" that was great but a few things with continuiaty that bug me. Like last week the hand that come off the Terminator in the middle of the chase just happens to be found at the end of it?
But oh well, did anyone watch Knight Rider yet? We haven't.

I watched it. I'm still trying to figure out if the mom was in the original show. I just can't remember....
It was okay. I might watch another episode, see if it gets better, although it had the HOFF in it, what could be better??

It was OK. The story was decent and the Hoff cameo was cool, but I thought the car was just too "magical" rather than chock full of cool gizmos like the original.
Some people are in a helicopter and scoping for us? No problem, we'll just magically change into another kind of Mustang. Need to get to Las Vegas pronto? No problem, we'll just shoot across the country at 200mph because the cops certainly won't care. Trouble inside the casino? No problem, we'll just hack into the closed-circuit security cameras and unlock a door that can only be opened by a security card. Worried about a collision? Don't fret, because even a large SUV traveling at highway speed couldn't put a dent in this car, much less move it at the point of impact.

I think it's supposed to become a series.
I will echo all of Ben's complaints. And, it seemed too much like "Viper" from a few years back. And much like with "Transformers" and "Viper" I was also pretty irritated by the sheer commercial nature of the show. I mean, geez, the original KR didn't have commercials every 5 minutes about how awesome the Pontiac Firebird was, and why you should buy one.
The new KITT also didn't have a sense of humor. Lame. Of all the different 80s translations I've seen lately, I'd have to say this one was one of the worst. 
Every time I was just starting to get into the show, a commercial would blast on -- "COME TO OUR WEBSITE AND YOU CAN WIN A LIMITED EDITION SHELBY MUSTANG OR A FORD FOCUS OMG!!!!!" -- and I'd have to force myself to not change the channel. If they continue with using KITT as an advertising icon, I might just pass on the whole series.

I haven't watched the new Knight Rider. I wasn't an enormous fan of the original series, especially when super-turbo mode or whatever it was was introduced.
I've been watching Terminator: SCC, but at this point I could go either way. The writing seems overly melodramatic and the acting is hit or miss. As much as I enjoyed Summer Glau in Firefly, she's not doing much for me in the role of Terminatrix. Lena Headey is certainly easy on the eyes, but I don't consider her much of an uber-thespian either. I do like some of the plot concepts though.
For Christmas, I received Arrested Development on DVD. Oh...my...GAWD...this show is absolutely freakin' hy-sterical. What were the idiocrats at FOX thinking when they cancelled this show???
