It's just a great place in general! Notice to late for me to plan anything, I work downtown so if it was earlier I would meet you for a drink.

So, on Aug 11th Scott and I are having a party: very late housewarming, late wedding reception, week early bday for me, and very early baby shower (the only one we'll be having down here, probably doing one in my home town in October). We've set a tentative start time of 2pm and figure it'll go till the booze/food runs out or our neighbors complain hehe.
So if you'd like to attend, you are more than welcome to!
In the interest of getting a rough number of people so I can plan for cake sizes and amount of food and libations to purchase here's a link to an evite.

If it doesn't work or you don't want to set up an evite.com account, just let me know if you'll be there and how many people you expect to drag along. If you're not using the evite (which has an address and map) PM me for directions and such.
Oh and Scott is planning on filling his keg for the party too.

Sadly... They may not have even noticed.  BUt having to explain it beforehand would have been rather unpleasant... Given the *reason* I wouldn't be there.
