My monitor goes out every once in a while. After I turn it off for a few minutes, it works again for about five minutes. Its aggravating. My boss swears he ordered a new one...that was about five weeks ago.

Laptops do have add-on video card options. I believe both Nvidia and ATI make "mobile" video cards.

I know there is a way to do this, but I can't get excel to calculate averages skipping the hidden blank cells. It is counting them as 0's which is OBVIOUSLY throwing off my results. Unfortunately my resident excel guru is on vacation, so I'm on my own. I'm using "averageif" but I can't find a way of making the condition "skip blanks". Any ideas or better help searchers out there?

So I'm trying to add a blog via blogger.com to my web site www.blackburn-photography.com, but I appear to be screwing something up in the process, as after I hit "publish" nothing hits the actual internet.
I'm trying to just have a simple blog to communicate new things I'm trying, and mainly to develop some skills and show this to my teacher as part of a class I'm doing. If any of you are familiar with blogging/blogger.com (or even just ftp stuff) and how I can get it to work, please call me! (PM me if you don't have my home number and I'll give it to you).
On the plus side, I was able to use Adobe Contribute and make some minor updates to my site. Considering I haven't updated my site in over a year, and I got a D in the class as it is, any progress is good progress.
Thanks!

I got a reply from a Direct TV sales rep on the "Pissed Consumer" forum after I posted about my bad Direct TV experience. He says he might try to help me... but I can't view his email address. It's been replaced (literally) by the text "This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it". Thing is, I think I do have JavaScript enabled... but I still can't see it. I'm using Firefox 3.0.1.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it so I can see the email address, or if you yourself can view it, can you send me the address in a PM?

The display code itself is broken, but I fixed it, and decoded the address to be: ranger1920@yahoo.com -- if you ask me, I highly doubt that's a valid customer service address. ROFL. Ask him for a real address at DirectTV.
Edit for informational purposes...
The encoded address looks like this in the page source:
'ranger1920' + '@yahoo' + '.' + 'com';
It's actually a pretty simple way to encode an addy to prevent crawlers from gathering them. The ASCII characters are replaced in the actual display, but they're not actually "seen" by a bot.
