I am so mad I couldn't make it.  I've been sick since Friday and it wasn't til this morning that I started feeling better. The pics looks great, and I'm glad everything went so well.

I was near one of the Ch 2 cameramen when the group was approaching. I overheard him commenting some dissappointment that it was cut as well.

I am somewhat recovered today... Sort of. 
HD, you did an AWESOME job with the tunes and the sound effects! First rate, as always.
Pooh, your outstanding art monkey skills have once again blown us all away. No one will ever be able to think about a Landspeeder again without remembering what you've done for this parade. 
Mrs. Wannabe, you have given us a wonderful opportunity, and we will forever be grateful for the hell you put up with to make this happen for us. Thank you. 
The Construction Crew - You've once again proven what a highly motivated, deeply talented group of geeks can accomplish in short time with generous doses of OMG!Awesomeness! 
The RMFF - You came out, dressed up, played it to the hilt and we ALL had a fantastic time getting blisters and sunburn. We truly are the best fan force! 
And finally... To the Happy Sith Couple, you two are amazing in more way than we, or I, can ever express in mere words. You come to the plate every time with everything you've got, step in when the chips are down, lead by example, and never disappoint.

I'm not sure if this should go in this thread..........
but I saw on TV that the Greeley Stampede is at the end of June so if we want to try to partcipate in this, we might need to get the ball rolling soon....

That looks like fun, but their rules seem pretty restrictive:
All parade entries and participants must show a reflection of this year’s parade theme, and must be decorated before checking in.
I'm still trying to find what this year's theme is to make sure we'd fit but it would be fun. And I'm sure other cities have 4th of july parades as well.
