Wow, that Cobra Commander costume is perfect. Pretty much flawless.
Seems that Cobra costumes are pretty popular. But you don't see too many GIJoe costumes (if any)

I would participate, but I'm hoping to focus on getting senate guard and shadow guard costumes done for Scott and I for starfest. Course.. the blue... jump/flight/whatever-term-you-want-to-use suits that are gonna go underneath the robe.. might be able to pass for cobra... same goes for the black for the shadow guards.. hmm.. ~shrugs~ At this time we don't plan on it but we might end up a part of it by accident!

I just saw that Brendan Frasier is doing a cameo as Gung Ho, and the Rock has been offered a role as Shipwreck.
Somehow, neither of those seem like great matches, but that's me. Maybe the Rock as Gung Ho, but Frasier seems too skinny for the burly Marine.

I got an email coupon from Vermont Army Surplus that offers 20% off on All Women's Camo Clothing including shirts, pants, shorts etc. with Coupon "Wamo" from 4/26/08 to 5/1/08.
Give it a shot, if it works for you. The vintage shirts looked like they might work for a couple of costumes. Good luck!
