ok...it is official i have lost 20 lbs since starfest.
i also started working out here at the house...not exactly as good as a gym, but i have weights and an exercise ball...:) at this rate i will be ready for starfest next year...Yo JOE!

I'm feeling thinner, and I had to go buy some new shorts, but I need to get back in the working out groove. I was good and bought a lot of fresh fruit when I went to the store and I'm trying to avoid sweets.

Good for you, we haven't been going to the gym but the weekend yard work has kicked my.....
Still eating as many salads as we can, trying to stay away from sweets but dh just backed a cake, can't let that go to waste.
Haven't lost a pound, don't think I ever will, but as long as I can get stronger and fit I will be ok w/ that.

ok the one thing i have learned at my new job...food is NEVER a problem...there is ALWAYS something here. There is cheesecake and cookies today. The cookies are on my counter...the cheesecake looked good..but oh man the lactose!! i need to keep that in mind.
I was a little not raw today...i had some salmon on a salad...with my apple cider vinegar for dressing with raisins...YUMMMY stuff.
Tonite we are going to a rockies game in a suite...free alcohol..but i probably won't have any either...maybe some water. just would rather feel better over all then drink.
