I have lost another 5 pounds
but I think it has more to do with the fact that the thought of food makes me wanna puke than anything else
stupid brain
anyways, my new goal is to EAT, regardless of what it is, if I can stand to eat it without feeling sick I am going to eat it

Anyone tried the Wii Fit? My friend thinks we need to get them because she heard they were a great workout...blah, blah, blah... Does it include the Balance Board? Because I saw that Rayman Rabbid 3 uses the balance board...now that's a reason to buy it.

The wii fit comes with the board, that's why it's so much more than a regular game...but rayman rabbits 3.... I hope it does, that would be AWESOME!

i had a dream someone gave me an xbox last nite..ha ha.
well i haven't been AS good, but i have come to a conclusion...No MEAT other than fish...maybe chicken. I had some red meat on sunday and i am STILL paying for it.
I ordered my colon cleanse product and I am going to start that Sunday...i am actually looking forward to it. I think once that happens, i will be more strick on what i partake of.
very excited...it is nice feeling better i can tell you that. There is a HUGE difference on how i feel and how tired i am and such.
so it is two months no caffiene and other than last week's fisaco no red meat for a month. woohoo!!

You mind keeping your enemas off the board, please? That's just... we don't need to know what's goin' on down there, know what I'm sayin'? That's just not something you share with someone who isn't an M.D.

If the average life span is 75, give or take, how many days do you have left?
If you’re 25 yrs – you have 18,250 left
If you’re 30 yrs – you have 16,425 left
If you’re 40 yrs – you have 12,775 left
If you’re 50 yrs – you have 9, 125 left

And, y'know, I came here to read about the things you guys were up to being healthy and all that and maybe contribute myself or just throw out some and I had to read about your... business.
Dunno 'bout you, but where I'm from, we don't talk about that in a public forum or group of people, no matter how close we might be. That's not exactly something you share with a group of people who don't have abbreviations after their names. If it's good for you, that's great, really, but next time you start talking about the Hershey Highway, I'd hope it's about US422 in Pennsylvania. Just stop and think for a moment: Would I want to hear about this from someone else? Really?
Do you share any other information about that region? Emissions, anything like that? Yeah, didn't think so.
It's just not polite!

So, a few weeks ago, Jyn's scale told me that I weigh ~145 and am 58% water. That's roughly 84 lbs, or just over 10 gallons of water. I come to England their scales tell me I'm 9.5 stone. Once I look up how much a stone is (14 lbs) and do the match, that's about 133 lbs. I find it's more likely that in two weeks I've lost ~2 gallons of water and not 15 lbs of fleshy bits. So I've upped my water intake and I'm eating pretty much whatever...

Walking down the stairs, around the outside of the parking lot, and back up the stairs to my desk is aprox 700 steps walking normally. My goal is to start doing 2 walk around the building breaks a day so that isn't a small amount of walking=)

Um, this is a health thread. When someone mentions a colon cleanse or an intestinal cleanse or whatever, most people outside gradeschool don't say "eeeewwwww, poop!"
It might interest you to look up what a colon cleanse actually is and what it does for you. You might want to try it yourself.
