you can't get THIS many features with something inflated with an air pump and in potential need of a puncture repair kit.....

I have one but you have to really bounce up & down when you walk or it doesn't work right. But even with that, just walking around work & grocery shopping I took a lot of steps

Since the majority of my work day is walking there have been a group of us at work thinking about getting them for a while. The problem is no one really wants to know how far we actully walk in a day.

I went to the doctor for my 6 week check up, and I lost all of my baby weight!!! I cant believe it! I had to have lost it from other areas though because I still have some extra weight around the mid section. The nurse was so surprised she weighed me twice! I cant believe it!!! God I love breastfeeding.

Wooo!
now you just have to work on the toning of the midsection, which is where I'm at now. Or keep being healthy and lose even more weight.
Somehow this time around the nursing didn't lose the weight for me. Either I was eating too much or something, but I didn't really start losing the weight until I got the stomach flu....

that is great news...
I haven't been as STRICT on my Raw diet as I would like...however, after i get things taken care of i am going to be SUPER strict.
It is amazing HOW much BETTER i feel!
I did have something today for the first time in months.................
caffiene...i had a half decafe sugarfree soy latte at Starbucks. everyone said...you look like your dragging today....i am shaking so bad i can not stop...but i am awake at least. still i am not going to make a habit of it...in case of EXTREME emergency.

Went down to the cafeteria for my friday splurge meal...aka grilled salmon entree. The chef school guys must be REALLY bored because they really spoiled me this week. Sauteed veggies, some of which I usually don't like, but they are yummy! I have often said I would marry a man for a vintage Mustang Shelby...but now I am thinking I might want to find a good cook, as opposed to a gear head.
