I got eat-y today and consumed a bag of Salsitas. They are goooooood. Also ate a package of powdered donuts, some pasta with sausage, two pepsis, a bowl of chocolate cookie dough ice cream, 3 hotdogs, a piece of carrot cake and seven baked potatoes. *burrrp*

Sounds like folks are making good progress and staying motivated. It can definitely be challenging at times, but in the end it is usually worth it.
On a side note Sarn, I wouldn't put too much stock in BMI. Too many variables involved. Focus on body fat percentage as a much more accurate indicator of how your body is truly changing. Congrats on the loss of 35-lbs since SFest though (hopefully it wasn't due to amputation).
Nnay, way to go with 25-lbs since SFest.
S_C, it sounds as if there might be some challenges on your end (if I'm reading correctly). Anything we can do to help?

I'm falling down on the exercising, at least in the traditional way. Instead, I'm chasing a 1 1/2 yr old, picking him up and putting him down several times every hour, running to catch him as he jumps over the couch/falls down stairs, wrestling him when trying to change a diaper....
I have been able to stay at 148 for a few weeks now, which is within 5 pounds of my upper target weight range. Now I just need to get back into exercising and get that extra skin to shape up or ship out.

RDT, motherhood is a form of exercise unto its own, and perhaps truly one of the oldest forms. What do you find to be your biggest challenge/obstacle to a "regular" exercise regimen?

the only time I have to 'exercise' is when the kiddos are in bed, which is about 9 pm. By that time I just want to sit still and relax, which leads to me not moving the rest of the night.

I need to make a schedule & stick to it!!! The yard work was taking it out of me so by the time I wasn't so sore (or tired) it was 1 or 2 days before more yard work.
Now that the hard part is over, I think, I just need to get back into the gym. Make a schedule & stick to it. I would like to work my self up to AM work outs, and then I think I won't feel so rushed the rest of the day.
Go to work, go to the store, bank, etc., go home, cook dinner, eat, play, clean, animals, rest and start over. There's so much to do in a day and the day is not long enough. I guess I feel exercise is for me & I will always sacrifice things I do for me to get other things done for other people.

kim and i went for a bike ride yesterday and i way over did it. we were at the last hill before we got home and i was not going to walk it so i peddled as hard as i could and made it! but by the time kim caught up i was dizzy and threw up
i think it was a combination of heat and heat.
