I didn't work out or anything today, just walked around a furniture store, then 2 home improvement stores and then spent the last 3 hours cleaning the bedroom so I can paint it. The pile of clothes in there was as tall as the bed....and I hadn't really cleaned it since the last time I got the urge to uncover the top of the dresser, I think it was only about 2 years ago... Now my legs are sore and I'm beat.

I bombed in the last week. Lunch and dinner have been pizza and chipotle. Gained a bit of weight as a result. On the plus side, I was able to stay conscious. Otherwise I might've fallen asleep on a brazing torch.
Starting the 18th, I'm going to step up the gym trips, lower the icky calories, and figure out how to cook anything other than pizza in a box and scrambled eggs again. Until then, I'm going to be trying to survive another week of hurried deadlines and finals on very little sleep.

Hope you survive. I did make it to the gym this weekend (good thing because I didn't make many trips during the week). So now on to another week, I'm sure I didn't lose anything this week, hope I didn't gain, we will see tonight!

Ok so last week i went shopping....
I got a ton of fruit, salad fixings and such.
Whole wheat bread and buns
Kashi cereal
now i need to go get rice milk
Sunday and Monday was the start of the decaffination. OH MY GOSH. i had one in the morning and that was it...talk about tired...i was in bed by 8:30 last nite..i was so tired i couldn't keep my eyes open, but i had to vote for dancing with the stars..he he.
today i had a 3/4 can...i am drinking organical all natural juice. I found some at King Sooper. it has pears and asobric acid or something i dont' know...but it is good.
so i am sleepy today, however there is a much calmer-gentler melody without caffiene...it is a little scary the difference.

When I got off caffeine I didn't notice being tired, maybe because my headaches were so bad.
I feel the same with or without it, while I'm not 100% off I do keep it to a minimum.

When I dropped the caffeine however many years ago it was now, the doc who suggested it said it can actually make you more tired having it in your system. I guess it's to do with how well you sleep with it in your system versus not. Basically a quick pick-me-up but a long-term drain.

I've definitely noticed how having more caffeine in my system makes me tired (might have something to do with suspected ADD), but just a little bit usually works.

You know what you need? Allegra-D. I ran out of normal Allegra the other day, so I took some of Rachel's D, and holy crap -- I couldn't sit down for 6 hours.

YA KNOW what i hate...not being able to focus due to lack of caffiene..so i had a little...it helped. I honestly could not work. everyone was like what is wrong with you today.

I take the regular non-pseudoephedrine-laden Zyrtec nightly, and for reinforcement, I take something that does have pseudoephredine in it if I need it.
Zyrtec does well enough for managing my allergies for the most part, but sometimes severe exposure requires big guns.

I have gone from 3-4 artificially sweetened beverages a day to 3-4 a week
pretty much cut out soda
for my coffee, I am using agave nectar as a sweetener (and I only drink caffeine free now)
I also switched from artificial creamer (full of stuff that makes me sick) to an organic low fat half and half
I have also significantly increased the amount of water I drink each day
go me=)

Been doing good without the pop. Withdrawl wasnt so harsh this time around but still hurt.
Been hitting the gym fairly good. Ive dropped my workout buddy for lack of working out. Got sick of "ill give you a text when Im ready" and suddenly its 700pm and he doesnt want to go.
Im supposed to do a body fat percentage thing in the morning. Thats the number im really interested in.
